How do I register my laundry?
Use Register Your Laundry to view the current onboarding route. Until the public registration portal is confirmed, you can contact our team by email to discuss your business. Sending an enquiry does not create or approve an account.
Where do existing businesses sign in?
Use Sign In for the current access information. If your business already has a workspace, use the address supplied during onboarding or ask support to confirm it. Never send your password by email.
Which devices are supported?
The business desktop application targets Windows 10 and 11 on x64 devices. Customer apps target iPhone, iPad and Android. Public installers and store links are not yet published here; check the download section for updates.
How do customers get started?
Customer access connects you with participating independent laundries. Availability depends on your service area and the customer app or portal being enabled. Contact support for current access information.
Where is Laundra available?
Confirmed launch markets and service areas have not yet been published. The Where We Operate section will list only confirmed available or upcoming markets.
How do I contact support?
Email support@laundra.om for platform access, app availability or partnership enquiries. For an existing laundry order, include its reference and the laundry name, but do not send passwords or payment details.
